Danes so iz UET poslali mail z razpisom Grand Slama, nove serije dirk, ki so si jo izmislili v Nemčiji.
Besedilo je v angleščini, pa vseeno mislim, da dovolj razumljivo.

GRAND SLAM of 4-year-old horses
General conditions:
1) Entries can be made for males and geldings at the same time for the International GRAND SLAM and for the German GRAND SLAM. Entries can be made for females at the same time for the International GRAND SLAM, for the Female GRAND SLAM and for the German GRAND SLAM.
2) There will be two more series of the GRAND SLAM for 4-year-old horses (sprint and marathon series) held in summer and autumn.
3) During the 4 weeks of elimination races there will be no other possibilities to start in the HVT area for 4-year-old horses.

If first or second entry is missed there is the possibility of late entries:

Late entries after regular 2nd entry date: 1.200 EUR + VAT on Feb 19th, 2007
After payment of the 3rd entry the horses are allowed to start in all eliminations without further entry fees.
The maximum number of horses in each elimination is 15. The number of eliminations will be based on the number of entries: there will be one elimination for each 15 horses. In case of more than 16 horses in an elimination there will be two or more divisions.
In case of a division of eliminations the horses will be separated into divisions by the race track.
Horses of the same owner and driver (in this order) will be separated into different divisions. Purse and points are the same as for undivided eliminations.
Start numbers in eliminations will be assigned based on the horse‘s winnings/purse. Winnings in eliminations will be considered (for horses starting in multiple divisions).
Start declaration for the final: 400 EUR + VAT on March 26th, 2007
In the final the 12 best scoring horses of all eliminations are allowed to start.
In case of a tie the number of the best placements of all eliminations are taken into account, then the second-best placements decide, an so on. If there is still a tie, the assignment will we drawn.
If there is one or more nominated horses not declared as a starter, the subsequent horses are allowed to start. Nominated horses without start declaration are not allowed to start in the consoliation.
Start numbers will be assigned according to the point score in ascending order. In the event of a tie the start number will be drawn.
Start declaration for the consolation: 80 EUR + VAT on March 26th, 2007
