Mitja Slavic vendéghajtót szabálytalan ostorhasználat miatt szigorúan figyelmeztette, valamint 5.000 Ft-ra megbírságolta. (Nevezett hajtó a távoszlopon belül a megengedettnél többször ostorozta lovát.)

A kölni doppinglaboratórium jelentése alapján a 2016. augusztus 20-án lefutott 283. számú futamban (Ostschweizer Traberclub Díja) dopping mintavételre kötelezett Breve des Baux (2) vizsgálati eredménye pozitív eredményt (menthol) hozott. A Versenyintézőség technikai óvást emelt és a 2016. augusztus 20-án lefutott 283. számú Ostschweizer Traberclub Díjából a Célbíró által elsőnek helyezett Breve des Baux-t diszkvalifikálta. A Versenyintézőség Joze Sagaj idomárt doppingvétség (első alkalom) miatt 300.000 Ft-ra megbírságolta, valamint az "A" minta vizsgálati költségének megfizetésére kötelezte. A Versenyintézőség az esetről tájékoztatja a szlovén és a francia Versenyszervezőt és egyben elrendeli Breve des Baux versenyekből való diszkvalifikálását a 2016. augusztus 20. és 2016. szeptember 20. közötti időszakra vonatkozóan.
